Olga has over 30 years of experience in teaching languages ( English, Russian) to adult learners in formal and informal education. She has taught languages for businesses, law, arts and sports, also for the military. As a learner and user of Lithuanian, she employs various LT and EN learning resources, such as glossaries, dictionaries, visual and audio sources. As a certified teacher trainer, Olga propagates the necessity for specific training, sources and methods to be applied in HE when teaching students of various faculties: meeting the specific needs of university learners re language skills and thematic areas of language usage is an exciting and challenging field of research.
