PROFILE
Dr Marina Artese is an Italian L2 Linguistic Expert Teacher at the Centro Linguistico d’Ateneo (CLA -University Language Centre) of the University of Bologna. She has designed and coordinated the team work for the Italian Orienting Test for learners of SL Italian, produced by the University of Bologna (available online in open access). In 2013, Marina completed her PhD in “Language and Culture, Policy, Education and Training” at the University of Macerata, Italy with a research project entitled “Interactions and Identities in Italian L2 Classes in Italian Universities”. Her research interests concern identity co-construction in interactions, language and cultural education with a sociological approach, and development of citizenship.
