This source is in standard colloquial Bulgarian with basic, specific and select terminological vocabulary.
Content is structed into several sections: 1. Eco tourism and village trips. 2. Bio variety. National parks. 3. Conservation parks. 4. Eco trails. 5. Map of major sites. 6. Eco tours and village life. 7. Natural phenomena. 8. Caves. 9. Crafts. 10. Folkloric events. 11. Organic products. 12.
Its advertising nature notwithstanding, source offers a wealth of factual and photo material which can be used for language study.

Case study

Source tested by Bulgarian lecturer at Melitopol University.
Level: B2. No.of students:10.
The resource can be used for listening comprehension, oral communication, acquisition of specialized vocabulary and writing skills. Various types of activities can be suggested.
Sourse was found useful in teaching vocabulary of the topic, involving geopraphy, biology, tourism, cultural heritage.
Students answered affirmatively to the following questions: Did you like the resources? Were they useful to improve your language skills? Did they increase your motivation to study Bulgarian as LSP? Do they represent an innovative approach to LSP learning? From the technical point of view, are they easy and intuitive to use?
Students gain knowlege of specific local aspects and problems both from a general broad and specific cultural point of view and from a business perspective; and from an industry-specific point of view (medicine, hospitality industry, economics, sociology)

Guidelines

Lecturer introduces source on screen, starting with map of Bulgaria.
Lecturer explains the vocabulary.
Lecturer invited students to work in pair as follows: read section, ask each other questions.
Students take turns reading the excerpt and completing the exercises created by lecturer.
Guided conversation:
- Where would you take your family? Why?
- How would you describe the landscape, architecture?
- What happens during festival X?
Other activities:
Students are asked to comment on a photo of their chose as homework.
