This section allows a constant communication and sharing of information among the project partners as far as the activities for the different intellectual outputs are concerned. Each project partner upload this section of a three months basis.

Objectives of activities carried out:

from 1 March 2021 to 31 May 2021:
IPB submitted the project to the Portuguese National Agency and is responsible for the scientific coordination of the activities.
The objectives underlying such a role are as follows:
• to supervise and validate all the activities of the project for the 2 year-project life
• to support in the writing of progress reporting activities and delivery of yearly reports in progress and final stage
• to constantly sharing solutions and circulation of information through e-mails and zoom meetings
• to check the project state of art
- to support the creation of the dissemination reports
- to support the creation of the transnational dissemination report

Regarding the project management:
-to manage and check contractual agreements, documents
- to manage money transferals

About the administrative management:
- to contact the National Agency and attend scheduled meetings
- to fill in and update the mobility tool

More specific objectives:
- to set up cooperation with the project coordinators and partners in clarifying the project implementation, as well as administrative and financial issues
- to deal with project and administrative management issues
- to create and consolidate of the PT project group (research, technical, financial and administrative assistance); to allocate tasks regarding IO1;

Description of activities carried out:

From 1 March to 31 May 2021
Project management: receiving from each of the project partners the contractual agreement; checking documents; proceed with first transference
Administrative management: contact with National Agency; receiving and sending agreement; attended a virtual meeting with National Agency concerning financial and administrative rules to manage this project and access to Mobility Tool;
- General K2 Monitoring Meeting with the National Agency – 24th April
-Creation of the project logo
-Creation of the Project brochure in English, to be translated by partners in National languages
-Presentation of the project (IO1) using MS PowerPoint during the kick-off meeting.
-Preparation of PPT and Presentation of the Training Activity (IO2) (to the held at IPB) in the kick-off meeting
- Support in the creation of the teaching source template
- Presentation of the teaching source template in the kick-off template
-Participation in the kick-off meeting
-IPB contributed to the production of forms to be used for the project activities

-The IPB team continued the collection of the OERs for Portuguese, English and Swedish focusing on their applicability in LSP in HE

-The IPB team continued the collection of the OERs for Portuguese and Swedish focusing on their applicability in LSP in HE (the OERs for English were all collected by June)
-3 Members of the IPB Team attended the 2nd transnational meeting in Cordoba, Spain.
- A draft for the training package (IO2) was discussed and drafted during the meeting.
-The IPB team continued and completed the translation (into Portuguese and Swedish) of all the assigned parts on the project’s website.
- IPB team, in co-operation with the other partner members started to work on IO2.
-IPB had an online meeting with UBologna team to discuss and clear out doubts related to IO1.
- IPB had an online meeting with the Romanian colleagues to start working on the part assigned to them within IO2.
- The project continued being disseminated at Conferences (4th CILE-ESE-IPB-Bragança, II CIELE, Universidad Complutense, Madrid) and with potential users of the platform (students).

FROM DECEMBER 1 TO MARCH 1 2022
- Regular meetings of the PT project team to discuss the key activities and project progress
- The training package (IO2) was discussed during internal meetings and with the Romanian partner that worked together with IPB in module 3.
- Meeting with all the partners to discuss and clear out doubts related to IO1 and the contents of the e-training package.
- IPB team, in co-operation with other partner members started to work on IO2.
- abstract proposals with the purpose of disseminating the project were submitted to INCTE’22 (6, 7 May), Cercles’22 (September 2022)

FROM MARCH 1 TO JUNE 30 2022
- The training package (IO2) was drafted during internal meetings and with the Romanian partner with whom IPB worked on module 3 of the Training Package.

-The project continued being disseminated at national and international Conferences (INCTE’22-ESE-IPB-Bragança) and at Transnational Meetings (5th Transnational Meeting of the Erasmus+ Project CTwoSEAS-24 and 25 March in Matera, Italy), as well as in other events (Erasmus Mobility for teachers, etc)
- review of all three modules that compose IO2 regarding relevancy of information, coherence and cohesion.
- a proposal for a conference (Cercles’22) with the purpose to disseminate QuILL was sent and accepted.
- dissemination of the project in several events: conferences, Erasmus mobility, etc

- construction of a glossary with words/expressions in need of clarification for the sake of the project purposes understanding.

Coordination of activities

- Discussion of the testing activity and checking the final version of the templates to be used in the testing activity

Results Achieved:

From 1 March to 31 May 2021:
- Logo and brochure of the project were created by IPB
- administrative and Project management issues dealt with during March, April and May 2021; all contracts have been received and signed; the first money transference has been made.
- The team agreed to meet regularly to discuss the project progress and the activities ahead.
- Several emails were sent out to more than 50 potential partners, lecturers (universities, colleges, language centres and language associations in Portugal, Brazil, England, Spain, Poland, Sweden, Finland.
- The available project information (brochure and Teaching Source Template) was translated into Portuguese.
- Four Associate partners have been engaged (see Exploitation)
- The resources description form was modified to match the research needs.
- An extra meeting of the project partners was scheduled (20th May 2021) to clarify the quality issues ( native/non-native learners); IPB. Together with Pixel, conducted the meeting, clearing out doubts and coming up with suggestions for improvement and overcoming some potential obstacles related to the collection of sources.
- 20 Open educational resources (English and Portuguese) have been uploaded on the project website (30 May 2021)

From 1 June to 31 August 2021:
- The team met regularly to discuss the project progress and the activities ahead.
- Several emails were sent out to more potential partners and lecturers (universities, colleges, language centres and language associations in Portugal and the Swedish Embassy in Portugal)
- Five more Associate partners have been engaged (see Exploitation). Meetings were held online to inform them about the project and clarify doubts.
-All the 10 lecturers (1 contact lecturer + 9 lecturers) were selected to be part of the internal workgroup. The meeting with the workgroup was held on the 8th of July, via zoom.

- IPB, via email, cleared out doubts and came up with suggestions for improvement and overcame some potential obstacles related to the collection of sources.

- 20 more Open educational resources (English, Portuguese and Swedish) have been uploaded to the project website (31 July 2021)
-Translation of some assigned parts on the project’s website (teaching resources…)

FROM SEPTEMBER 1 TO NOVEMBER 30 2021:
- The team met regularly to discuss the project progress and the activities ahead.
- 2 more lecturers (teaching Portuguese for specific purposes) were added to the internal workgroup
- 20 more teaching sources were identified, assessed, and tested
- all the resources were tested
-Translation of all the assigned parts on the project’s website (teaching resources from English to Portuguese and from English to Swedish + translation of all the other icons related to the whole project into Portuguese)
- The Project was disseminated at more scientific events (conferences and the like)
