Objectives of activities carried out:
1. To set up cooperation with the project coordinators and partners in clarifying the project implementation, as well as administrative and financial issues
2. To create and consolidate of the UCO project group (research, technical, financial and administrative assistance); to allocate tasks regarding IO1;
3. To ensure the project implementation and sustainability, to contact the administration and teachers of universities and colleges with a view to inform and engage in the project; also as associate partners
4. To make the project website available in the UCO.
5. To disseminate the project kick-off meeting.
6. To organise the transnational meeting hosted by the University of Córdoba on the 7th-8th October, 2021.
7. To attend the transnational meeting hosted by Vilnius University, Lithuania on the 7th-8th July, 2022.
8. To participate as trainers and attendees in the training event organised and hosted by IPB in Braganza on the 18th-22nd July, 2022.
9. To write a chapter for the IO3 (publication).
10. To organise a multiplier event and dissemination workshop (30th and 31st January 2023).
11. To attend the last transnational meeting hosted by Pixel in Florence (16th and 17th February 2023).

Description of activities carried out:
Participation in the kick-off meeting.
Regular meetings of the UCO team to discuss the key activities and project progress (once every two-three weeks).
Preparation of the Spanish versions of the Associate partner's letter and template.
Translation of the project UCO pages and brochure into Spanish.
The project was presented through virtual meetings (WebEx) to potential partners and participants.
The UCO team started collecting the OERs for Spanish and French, focusing on their applicability in LSP in HE.
The UCO team organised and hosted the transnational meeting held at the University of Córdoba on the 7th-8th October, 2021.
The UCO team disseminated the project brochure among the conference delegates participating in the the 7th International Conference on Bilingual Education held at the University of Córdoba on the 26th-29th October, 2021.
The UCO members carried out the activities collectively agreed on in the transnational meeting held at the University of Córdoba.
The project has been disseminated amongst relevant stakeholders, University of Córdoba website, conversations with colleagues, mailing, and brochure distribution.

Results Achieved:

The team agreed to meet every two-three weeks to discuss the project progress and the activities ahead.
All the available project information (brochure) was translated into Spanish.
The project was presented at the UCO.
The resources description form was modified to match the research needs.
An extra meeting of the project partners was initiated to clarify the quality issues (native/non-native learners).
24 Open educational resources (Spanish) have been uploaded on the project website (15th May 2021).
28 Open educational resources (French) have been uploaded on the project website (15th July 2021).
