This section allows a constant communication and sharing of information among the project partners as far as the activities for the different intellectual outputs are concerned. Each project partner upload this section of a three months basis.

Objectives of activities carried out:

- to set up cooperation with the project coordinators and partners in clarifying the project implementation, as well as administrative and financial issues
- to create and consolidate of the project group (research, technical, financial and administrative assistance); to allocate tasks regarding IO1 ;
- to contact the institutional administration and ensure support from the InternationalRelation and Financial Departments view to inform and engage in the project;
- to make the project website available to speakers of Romanian, Bulgarian and Polish (translations of relevant pages to collect OERs for RO, POL, BG
- to complete the the collection, description and testing of 20 resources in each of the three languages according to the agreed template;
- to complete the process of translation of the resources into the three languages involved in the project for the UAIC team;
- to create the content of Section 3 of the IO2 package, the two tests involved (pre-unit testing and post unit-testing)
- to select two lecturers from the organization to participate in the one-week training session
- to agree on the contents of the IO3
- to create an account the Europass organization and activate the Mobility Pass for the two lecturers taking part in the training session in July 2022
- to process and deliver the Mobility Pass certificates to the two participants
- to participate in the Vilnius project meeting
- to reach agreement with the other teams regarding the final table of contents and the title of the chapters of IO3
- to distribute the subchapters among te members of the Rormanian team, to prepare and collect references for IO3, to write, check and revise the text of Chapter 4 of IO3 in the English version, to contribute to the final check of the English version
- to translate IO3 into Romanian, to revise the text and prepare it for publication
- to prepare the multipllier event, contact key note speakers and participants, set the program of the event, organize the logistics of the event (promotional tokens for the participants, accommodation, menu etc.)
- to participate in the final project meeting in Florence

Description of activities carried out:

- Participating in the kick-off meeting and in the support 23-24 March
- Preparing the presentation of the institutional profile of the University, Faculty and team members
- Disseminating the project documents to the team members
- Meeting team members to create a list of problems and suggestions from the team members for the support meeting 20 May to clarify aspects related to the final format of the resource file
- processing the project document, sending the scanned version and preparing the transfer of the print for documents to our Braganca partners
- participating in the translation of the Romanian section of the project brochure
- Translation into Romanian / Polish version of the documents PM1 A and PM3 A and PM3. B for the lecturers and partners
- Completing the documentation (signing and sending/receiving of documents with Braganca Uni)
- Identifying, corresponding and completing the documentation with potential lecturers and partner institutions
- participating online in the Cordoba meeting, discussing the agenda, agreeing on various aspects of IO1
- dissemination of project activities to third parties
- organizing two online events for associated lecturers (Romanian and Bulgarian, one for each) involved in the assessment and testing of the resources
- organizing an online event in December and a symposium in February for the Romanian lecturers as support for the testing activity;
- continuing the dissemination events for Romanian, Polish and Bulgarian lecturers at various academic events
- presenting the project and the results so far in a one-to-one meeting with the vice-rector for international Relations;
- completing the uploading of 20 resources for each of the three languages, translating them and testing them with the associated lecturers;
- completing the yearly audit for the activities of the project, preparing the documents necessary in collaboration with the member of the team in the IntRel department assigned to the project and the UAIC Financial
Department ;
- doing the research for Module 3 of the IO2 package in collaboration with UPB, identifying the relevant bibliography and selecting a platform (Educaplay) suitable for the purpose of this section;
- creating and testing the operative tool with a lecturer and a group of students;
- preparing the documents and offering support to the two selected lecturers to take part in the Braganca one-week training session;
- activating the Europass mobility for the the two lecturers;
- preparing the documents the Vilnius project meeting and the trip - and then not going on account of the flight being delayed (!);
- participating online in the Vilnius meeting, discussing the various aspects of past and oncoming activities with the project members;
- informing the team of what has been discussed at the meeting;
- deciding with the team on the final format of the contents of Chapter 4 of IO3 ;
- agreeing with the team what subchapter each one will focus on;
- collecting and archiving the financial documents of the project (monthly spreadsheets);
- a dissemination letter informing the lecturers of the availability of IO2 on the platform;
- collecting and assessing references for the creation of Chapter 4 of IO3, discussing the content with the team members to avoid overlaps or omissions
- weekly communication with the team members by email and phone regarding the creation of IO3
- editing, revising and cross-revising the text of IO3, improving the text, additional corrections and adjustments after communication with the Project Manager
- translating, revising and editing the Romanian version of IO3, additional corrections and adjustments after communication with the Project Manager
- a letter informing the lecturers of the availability of IO3
- preparation of the management documents - montly spreadsheets, other documents
- starting preparation for the multiplier event: contacting potential keynote speakers, potential participants, other stakeholders, agreeing on the schedule, organizing the event (accommodation, menu, budget for transportation, public sales for promotional material for the event etc.)
- communication with the International Relations Department for organizing of the event
- organizing participation in the final project meeting in Florence, correspondence with the Project Manager and Pixel

Results Achieved:

- Participating in the kick-off meeting and in the support 23-24 March
- Participating in the support meeting 20 May to clarify aspects related to the final format of the resource file
- Delivery of the Romanian version of the brochure text
- putting in a place a system of communication with the project members, organizing Zoom meetings and conducting correspondence relating to the identification of resources and potential partners, the creation of the resource files
- participating in 3 academic events where the project (name, objectives, site, logo) have been presented, the photos have been uploaded on the site
- presentation of the project to members of the UAIC academic staff, its identity (name, objectives, site, logo) has been posted on the site of the Faculty of Letters (http://media.lit.uaic.ro/?page_id=13)
- other events have been identified and members have registered to them where the project can be presented over the summer season
- corresponding with interested parties to extend the project network
- the project was presented through e-mails to potential partners and participants teaching all three of the languages involved and contacts and positive responses have been received; a list of potential partners have been identified and their response is awaiting depending on the conditions offered by the project
- 21 open educational resources (Romanian), 16 open educational resources (Polish), 4 open educational resources (Bulgarian) have been uploaded on the project website by the agreed deadline, with some adjustments to be still made in the immediate future
- the process of further identification of resource is ongoing for the future deadline
- the process of identification of lecturers is ongoing, we have identified and completed documentation for 20 Romanian lecturers and 6 Polish lecturers and we are still looking for lecturers for Bulgarian
- the process of identification of partner institutions is ongoing, we have contacted and completed documentation for 6 partners for Romanian and 1 for Polish, with more to be completed after the holiday period (beginning of September); we have found partners for Bulgarian and are in the process of perfecting the documents
- 3 Bulgarian lecturers have been found and testing of resources is underway
- testing of Polish resources is underway, held back by the fact that several lecturers were down with Covid
- completion of testing of Romanian resources
- an online event being scheduled for February to give lecturers the opportunity to share experiences and suggest improvements
- contacts with other lecturers of Romanian have been established and other possible resources and initiatives have ben identified of using and creating digital resources for Romanian
- online participation in the Cordoba meeting; discussing the agenda with the partners, informing the team members of the issues discussed and the decisions made on this occasion;
- several disseminations events have been organized, where the project and its partial results have been presented
- The draft of IO2 Module 3 was discussed with the project coordinator;
- the final number of resources completed and translated on the platform (20 for Bulgarian, 20 for Polish and 21 for Romanian);
- the content of Module 3 drafted, discussed with the team, written and proofread;
- the tests and the operative tool completed and in place;
- lecturers informed of IO2 accessible online;
- a new exploitation link acquired - South-Western Neofit Rilski University, Bulgaria, - and uploaded on the platform in the Dissemination section;
- continuing the dissemination process at various academic and professional events and through correspondence, uploading information and documents on the platform;
- participation in the Vilnius meting project, discussing the state of the project, agreeing on IO3 and the content of the Braganca training unit, the form of participation (a prerecorded ppt) of the Romanian team;
- activating the Europass for the two lecturers taking part in the Braganca training session;
- obtaining feedback from the participants in the training program in Braganca and discuss th quality of IO2 from the point of view of the users i.e trainees
- a presentation - pps and pre-recorded voice - on gamification delivered as a contribution to the training session in Braganca
- Chapter 4 - the Romanian team's contribution to IO3 - was discussed with the team members and agreement was reached which subchapter each will write
- references were collected for the creation of IO3, ideas were exchanged in order to avoid overlaps and omissions
- the text was written, revised and edited, then checked with the Project Manager for compliance with the citation system, format etc. and the final form was agreed on and published
- some of the previous collaborators were informed about the publication of IO3
- team members were constantly in communication and were regularly informed on the project activities
- preparation for the multiplier event were intiated
- potential keynote speakers, participants and stakeholders were identified as a team effort, they were contacted, correspondence was written and the logistics of the event was set in place (mailing participants with details on accommodation and transportation, the program, their own contribution to the event - participatiton with a paper, etc.)
- constant communication with the colleague in charge from the International Relations Department for issues related to the budget of the event, expense accounts, acquisition of promotional material, etc.
- official persons from the Faculty and University, as well as the County Council were contacted to greet the participants
- the project meeting in Florence was prepared and documents were prepared for the two members of the Romanian team participating
