PM - Project Management

1. To set up cooperation with the project coordinators and partners in clarifying the project implementation, as well as administrative and financial issues
2. To create and consolidate of the Uni Károli project group (research, technical, financial and administrative assistance); to allocate tasks regarding IO1;
3. To ensure the project implementation and sustainability, to contact the administration and teachers of universities, professional bodies, potential partners with a view to inform and engage in the project; also as associate partners
4. To make the project website available in the Uni Károli website
5. To disseminate the project by translating the brochure into Hungarian
6. To make the project website available to speakers of Lithuanian ( translations of relevant pages)
To collect OERs for HU, SK, SLO ( via the net search and contacts with HE teachers)
7. To collect OERs for HU, SK, SLO (via the net search and contacts with HE teachers, professional contacts)
• To finish collecting and to translate into the relative languages OERs for HU, SK, SLO on the portal
• To find associate partners for the project
• To contact potential users of the project website ( lecturers and students)

1. Participation in the kick-off meeting
2. Regular meetings of the VU project team to discuss the key activities and project progress ( once every three weeks)

Several on-line meetings and exchanges with the partners from Cordoba university on the content of module 1
23. Uni Károli team closely cooperated with University of Cordoba team on IO2 regarding the operative tools and interactive test questions.
24. Attendance to the transnational meeting hosted by Vilnius University, Lithuania on the 7th-8th July, 2022.
25. Attendance and participation as trainers and attendees in the training event organised and hosted by IPB in Braganca on the 18th-22nd July, 2022.
26. To agree on the abstract and outline of chapter 3: Innovation in language teaching
27. The writing of the IO3 section, Chapter 3 completed in November
28. Attendance and active participation in the last transnational meeting hosted by Pixel in Florence (16th and 17th February 2023); Give presentation on the sustainabilty plan, best practice report and the evalutaion.

1. Uni Karoli project team was created; all the professional tasks were distributed among the intenal team members
2. The project was published on the university website

3. The team agreed to meet every three weeks to discuss the project progress and the activities ahead.
4. The resources description form was modified to match the research needs.
5. An extra meeting of the project partners was initiated to clarify the quality issues ( native/non-native learners)
6. 50 OERs were uploaded by the end of September.
7. 9 teachers filled in "teacher Information" templates and agreed to be engaged in the Target group.• KRE team has completed work on Module1 of IO2. The submitted text included all the components, namely, the text, resources, operative tools and case studies
• Collaboration with Uni Cordoba on Module 1 of IO2 started in November.
• Three on-line meetings were held in Teams ( discussion, draft, peer revision)
• The draft of IO2 Module1 was finalized and submitted to the project coordinator
All the available project information (brochure, website) was translated into Hungarian.
• The project was presented at international level (see Dissemination)
• Four Associate partners are being engaged (see Exploitation)
• 50 OERs were uploaded by the end of November.
• 10 teachers filled in "teacher Information" templates and agreed to be engaged in the Target group.
• 64 OERs were uploaded by the end of October on the project website
• Uni Károli team has completed work on Section 1 of Module2 of IO2. The submitted text included all the components, namely, the text, resources, operative tools and case studies; questions for the interactive test
• Collaboration with University of Cordoba on Module 1 of IO2 started in November.
• The work on Module of IO2 fully completed, the Module was submitted to the coordinators
A report on the project progress was published on the opening website of Uni Károli.
Activities collectively agreed on in the transnational meeting were carried out successfully.
The project has been successfully disseminated amongst relevant stakeholders, university website, conversations with colleagues, mailing, newspaper releases and brochure distribution.
Participation in all transnational meetings and in the training activities of QuILL.
The multiplier event plan was drafted and finalised
The Multiplier Event took place successfully on 25 January, 2023
The project continued being disseminated.
All requested reports were completed and sent to Pixel.
